Cypher is a circuit designing event which tests the primary skills of an electronic engineer in building, designing and testing of an electronic circuit.

To participate in this event, the participant is expected to know not only the basic concepts of electronics but also have a good practical knowledge of the various basic things used in circuit building. The details of all common IC’s is expected to be known.
- All the required equipments like DMM, CRO, Components, Power supply, Function Generator will be provided.

The event is divided in 2 levels :
LEVEL 1:- F.E/S.E Students
LEVEL 2:- T.E/B.E Students

Both the levels will comprise of 2 rounds :
1. Elimination Round
2. Final Round

The Elimination round will be consisting of MCQ’s based on the subjects studied/being studied by the participants in their curriculum. -
The Final Round will consist of actual circuit designing, again the circuits of which, will be based on the subjects studied/being studied by the participants in their curriculum at the respective level.

The participants must need to explain the circuit design to the adjudicator, and his/her verdict will be considered final.
